This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with candidates while supporting internal teams with high-quality talent advocacy and staffing operations. Key Responsibilities Support the Canada Staffing team with full‑cycle talent advocacy activities. Engage candidates with clear communication and ensure a positive experience. Partner with internal teams to support staffing strategies and workflow execution. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality of candidate information. Champion inclusive hiring practices and talent‑focused service delivery. Required Experience Prior talent acquisition, staffing, or candidate‑facing support experience. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Nice‑to‑Have Experience Experience supporting multi‑location or international recruitment teams. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR technologies.
