**Job Description - Parts Advisor**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled **Parts Advisor** to join our Parts team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and take immense pride in providing unparalleled customer service, we want to hear from you Come join our prestigious Lexus of Royal Oak team in Calgary, Alberta - a renowned brand known for its luxury vehicles and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customer (internal & external) in determining parts required for repairs in the process
- Confirm required parts for repair with the Shop Foreman, before ordering out-of-stock items
- Quote parts, as well as in-house service costs using R&R Quick Quote, to customers over the counter or by phone
- Address customers in a timely and courteous manner to ensure that they perceive quality customer service
- Assist walk-in customers in choosing necessary parts, suggesting companion parts and specials
- Having a complete working knowledge of shipping and receiving duties
- Ensuring customers are aware of our product lines
- Retrieve parts purchased from stock
- Determine the availability of items that are not in stock
- Restock items that are not currently needed
- Issue credit for parts returned; ensure invoice/numbers are available to verify purchase and pricing before having it signed off by the Parts Manager
- Work with other departments to meet customer needs
- Update parts and accessories displays on an ongoing basis
- Any other duties requested by management

**_ Hours:_**:

- Monday to Friday (7:30 am - 5:30 pm), Rotating Saturday (9:00 am - 3:30 pm)_

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 education or GED
- Automotive experience is an asset
- PBS Experience an asset
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with attention to detail
- Safety is paramount - you contribute and adhere to a safe workplace
- Ability to Lift upwards of 50 Pounds
- Advanced computer skills.
