Logistics Coordinator

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the operations within 2 3PL facilities. This role will report into the Director of Logistics & Transportation.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase/transfer/sales orders.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines and facility productivity.
- Analyzing and optimizing logístical procedures 3PL facilities.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of offsite shipments.
- Addressing and resolving shipment issues.
- Maintenance of order systems and internal sheets
- Maintain different reporting systems to provide updates to internal stakeholders
- Acquire documents and reports for transportation team and internal requestors
- Coordinating shipping schedule with internal team and third logistics facilities
- Scheduling appointments for required shipments with 3PL

Qualifications:

- Experience - 1 year in a Data entry position or similar
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel
- Detail oriented
- Organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with team members
- Takes initiative to improve the order process
- Strong problem solving skills, with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- _Experience with WMS systems is a bonus_

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
