**Job Summary**

White Spot is a casual family dining restaurant leader in BC. and known for its delicious food, warm and genuine service and comfortable atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct interviews, and facilitate training and development programs for new and existing team members.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Utilize POS systems for cash handling and transaction management.
- Supervise kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency with restaurant standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Plan and execute special events or catering services as needed.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary skills, and kitchen management practices.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations is preferred.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and staff training.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management practices.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience with inventory control processes and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
