**Overview**:
As a Night Cleaner at Rosemead House, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of both the kitchen and the hotel premises during the night. Your work will ensure that all areas are pristine and ready for the next day, contributing to a seamless and comfortable experience for our guests. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will uphold the high standards of Rosemead House.

**Responsibilities**:
**Kitchen Cleaning**:

- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Empty trash bins, clean grease traps, and mop floors in the kitchen area.
- Ensure all kitchen utensils and cookware are cleaned and stored properly.

**Hotel Cleaning**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas, ensuring all areas are spotless and welcoming.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas as needed.

**Restroom Maintenance**:

- Clean and sanitize all restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
- Replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper supplies.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the supervisor promptly.

**Shift Responsibilities**:

- Work efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within the designated shift hours.
- Maintain a quiet and respectful environment to ensure guests’ comfort and privacy.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Experience in cleaning commercial kitchens.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
