**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking DZ driver and warehouse worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver customer orders within a specified delivery area.
- Perform heavy lifting and moving of products throughout the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist in receiving shipments, checking for accuracy, and organizing inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with delivery personnel or clients.
**Skills**
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Experience in moving products efficiently within a warehouse setting.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
- Customer service orientation to assist with inquiries related to shipments or inventory.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
**Requirements**:
- Commercial driving with minimum 3 years experience with letter from prior insurer verifying number of years experience
- DZ license
- Insurance coverage requires drivers to be 25 years old or older
