Alluster is a storage, fulfillment, and delivery service start up that is operational in Vancouver, Toronto, Mississauga, and Ottawa. We offer pick up and delivery of stored items, along with a commercial sector that services e-commerce brands and warehousing needs.

We are looking for a warehouse operator that can take care of the day to day operations, along with the occasional delivery for our storage clients. We are looking for someone who has warehouse experience (particularly e-commerce fulfillment), able to operate forklift/reach truck, and has managed any type of team previously.

**Requirements**:

- Valid G license.
- Forklift experience.
- Management experience (any sized team)
- Warehousing software experience.
- Warehouse operations knowledge.
- Punctual & Organized.
- Communicative.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management.
- Can lift 50lbs.
- Ability to drive larger delivery vehicles.
- Sales experience.

Day To Day Duties:

- Coordinate the team and assign tasks for the day.
- Keep all operations running smoothly-meeting deadlines.
- Schedule clients.
- Meet with prospective clients.
- Occasional deliveries.
- Audit current operations and fix deficiencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (required)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
