Admin Coordinator

Here is a high-level summary of job responsibilities for the temporary contract position - HSE Admin/Coordinator:
Ontario CA Bakery
- Provide administrative support and maintain HSE department records/documents including but not limited to JHSC minutes, inspections, audits, RCAs, training, site policies/procedures/program revisions etc.
- Work with various departments to support progression of gap closure for key HSE initiatives, campaigns and MDLZ HSE standards
- Generate department specific HSE statistics
- Participate in the investigation of HSE incidents and concerns - Assist with WSIB claims management and RTW program
- Develop and conduct HSE training and awareness sessions. Support HSE orientation of FTE and temp new hires
- Participate in the JHSC and support the JHSC initiatives
- Assist with monitoring and evaluation of current HSE program through regular audits and inspections
- Assist with job specific or hazard specific risk assessments
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
