- Take your ambitions to the next level
- Participate in the technological transformation of a project;
- Diagnose problems and outages encountered by users or technicians, and take appropriate action;
- Receive, prioritize, document and follow up on assigned requests;
- Ensure that unit and integrated tests are performed according to schedule;
- Actively participate in activities that promote service improvement and the evolution of the service offering;
- Provide support and training to system users;
- Carry out all other related tasks.

- Experience:

- with a project management tool (Jira, Redmine, etc.);
- in web development;
- in automated test programming (e.g., unit tests).
- Methodical and rigorous with a problem-solving mindset;
- Good sense of initiative, proactivity, autonomy and resourcefulness;
- Languages required:

- French: 4/4
- English: 3/4
