**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Active sales by phone on incoming requests;
- Competent work with the current client base;
- Advising clients on all emerging issues;
- Motivating the client to study at our school, finalizing agreements;
- Support of current students, communication with parents, check extension, collecting feedback;
- Reporting.

**Requirements for Salesperson**:

- Interest in developing career in education.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in oral and written.
- Some experience in sales through social media platform - Will provide some training in digital marketing and content maker.
- Able to handle for a large number of calls and chats via social media like Instagram/Facebook/Twitter.
- Experience in using CRM for report and planning.
- Experience in sales is not required.

**Requirements for Sales Manager**:

- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
- Supervise daily operations of the sales department, including new leads, fertility leads, and current clients on CRM.
- Be a role model for exceptional customer service and be responsible for training sales team by listening to recorded/scripted calls and chats.
- Experience in developing marketing plan and team training to maximize profitability.

**Location & Commitments**:

- Salary consists of a fixed part and bonus if reaching target KPI;
- Contract period: 3 months;
- Working day is 3 pm to 8 pm, which is 5 hours everyday, but flexible scheduling with minimum 2 days per week. Weekend may be required.
