**Job Summary**:
As an **Industrial Radiator and Heat Exchanger Salesperson** in our service/repair department, you will focus on promoting our repair and maintenance services to existing and potential clients. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and offering customized solutions to ensure optimal performance and longevity of client equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on service and repair offerings.
- Identify and engage customers needing repair, maintenance, or upgrades for industrial radiators and heat exchangers.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Collaborate with the technical and repair teams to provide accurate quotes and timelines.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up post-service to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor services, and technical advancements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience in industrial services, preferably in radiators, heat exchangers, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment service and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and oversee service opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
