Duties

  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer service quality.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements

  • OMVIC License
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is required; enthusiasm for learning is key.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
