Associate degree in computer related field required.
Bachelor degree in computer science preferred.
2 to 4 years experience required.

Skills and Competencies:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one time.
Ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software as it related to LAN/WAN.
Must have PC and Tablet skills
Must be well versed in MS Windows, MS Office
Minimum 4 Years’ Experience
CompTIA A+ and Network + Certification would be an asset
ITIL Foundations Certification would be an asset

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
