Vancouver, Canada Gold Stop Shoes & Repair Full time

We are looking for a part time cobbler or shoemaker with leather and stitching experience leather and stitching experience.

We are open to offering either a part-time position for 1-3 days per week. Our store hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 9:30am-5:30pm.

Starting work date is as soon as possible. Initially we will begin with 1 day per week and may allocate more work hours depending on the availability of jobs and will certainly add more as we go further with employment.

**Tasks**
- Leather stitching by sewing machine and hand
- Outline and cut patterns
- Repair soles, heels and other parts of footwear

- Footwear
- Bags
- Zippers
- Leather items

- Hand-eye coordination
- Ability to distinguish between colours

**Experience**
- At least 1 year of experience
- Other relative experience may be considered
- Would prefer referrals from previous employers if possible

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
