Shoewash Supreme is Vancouver's go-to spot for premium sneaker and accessories care. We specialize in cleaning, repair, restoration, and custom artwork on shoes, bags, and hats. Our Restoration Department focuses on bringing worn items back to life, making them look brand new — or even better.

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Artist/Painter with a strong background in acrylic painting and airbrushing. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked on jackets, shoes, leather, canvas, or other custom wearable items, and genuinely enjoys creating art.

As a Restoration Artist, you will work on:

  • Paint touch-ups
  • Color matching
  • Fixing scuffs, scratches, and faded areas
  • Restoring worn or damaged materials
  • Full color change projects
  • Dye work and refinishing
  • Helping make customers' shoes look brand new again

This is a hands-on, creative role with room for growth.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong acrylic painting skills
  • Airbrush experience (required)
  • Experience painting on shoes, jackets, leather, or similar materials
  • Good eye for detail & color accuracy
  • Ability to work neatly, patiently, and with precision
  • Passion for art and creative work

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

  • Familiarity with sneaker culture
  • Experience with restoration or repair work
  • Knowledge of leather paint brands like Angelus/Jacquard
  • Previous shop/studio experience
