**ETL Manager**

**About this role**:
This role will bring value by helping to architect, build and maintain large data pipelines that transform data into RPS standard format. From input, consumption, and output, you will be a key contributor to the end-to-end design and implementation of RPS data requirements

**Accountabilities**:

- Help scale IT functions and processes that support the continued innovation of RPS solutions
- Create an optimal and scalable data architecture to reduce solution processing time
- Participate in solutioning and design to help upgrade legacy data systems and processes to a new scalable platform using new technologies
- Help design, build and maintain data pipelines using substantially large datasets
- Align business data requirements with technology strategy
- Use your understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs to drive innovation and automation
- Continually enhance systems to enable development of new and more sophisticated products
- Ensure the timely delivery of robust data pipeline solutions that meet internal and external requirements
- Maintain database integrity and optimization
- Manage data flow and its related ETL processes
- Identify root causes and resolve data related issues
- Ensure data security across Hosted Private and Hosted Public cloud environments
- Research new tools / technologies to ensure alignment with latest industry trend

**Work Experience/Skills**:

- 7-10 years working experience in IT, with proven track record in handling large complex datasets including building and optimizing ‘big data’ pipelines, architectures and datasets
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems
- Demonstrable experience scaling IT systems and architecture
- Experience with Azure or similar public cloud services
- Able to make implementation decisions about highly complex projects, including initiatives that require extensive research to complete / refine requirements
- Working knowledge of modern APIs such as REST & SOAP; experience in API design
- Excellent scripting skills using Python and PowerShell
- Proficient in database design and modelling, SQL query language and stored procedures
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Familiarity with code repository (Git) and CICD pipeline

**Education**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
