The Business Intelligence and Business Analytics Unit within the Corporate I+IT Solutions & Integration Management Branch in the Health Services Information and Information Technology Cluster is seeking an innovative leader to join as the Manager, Business Solutions. The Corporate I+IT Solutions & Integration Management Branch (CSIM) mandate is to develop, maintain and modernize the I+IT Ministry Corporate and Financial Solutions led by Ministry Corporate Services Division (CSD) and the Corporate Information Management Data and Analytics solutions/services led through the Digital and Analytics Strategy Division (DASD). Refer to the "How to apply" section if you require a disability-related accommodation. **What can I expect to do in this role?**: As the **Manager, Business Solutions**, you will: - Carry out day-to-day operational and sustainment management functions required to support data, analytics, and reporting solutions, with focus on Information Management, Business Intelligence and Reporting, Business Analytics and Data Science. - Oversee data management, database development, data warehouse design, ETL design & development, report development leveraging standardized tools and technologies. - Manage staff assignments and resourcing capacity required to sustain operations, including staff recruitment and management, performance planning, staff development and training to enable skills enhancements and growth. - Participate in business and technical analysis and discovery workshops and provide input into operational priorities, technology/ product roadmaps, and project planning and prioritization.
