Passenger Service Agent

**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting passengers, including unaccompanied minors and individuals requiring wheelchair assistance; directing them, and making necessary announcements during operations.
- Registering passengers in the computer system and ensuring accurate documentation for efficient and organized operations.
- Ensuring tasks are performed in accordance with the company's specific procedures and policies.
- Maintaining a professional image at all times and adhering to company uniform standards.
- Attending mandatory training sessions mandated by the company based on job role.
- Flexibility to work seven days a week, with the ability to adapt to varying hours.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the company.
**Requirements**:
- High school or provincial equivalency and/or experience in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with passengers and provide accurate information.
- Strong work ethics, with a sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Outstanding customer service skills, even in high-pressure situations that may involve prolonged standing or walking.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in English and French; additional language skills such as German, Italian, Arabic, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Hungarian, Serbian, Farsi, Turkish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc., would be considered an asset.
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry, including familiarity with Amadeus, Saber, Galileo, and ticketing systems, is beneficial.
- Possession of a driver's license or higher is advantageous.
- Proximity to Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport is advantageous.

**Responsabilités**:

- Enregistrer les passagers dans le système informatique et assurer une documentation précise pour des opérations efficaces et organisées.
- S'assurer que les tâches sont effectuées conformément aux procédures et politiques spécifiques de l'entreprise.
- Maintenir une image professionnelle en tout temps et respecter les normes de l'uniforme de l'entreprise.
- Assister aux sessions de formation obligatoires imposées par l'entreprise en fonction du rôle.
- Flexibilité pour travailler sept jours sur sept, avec la capacité de s'adapter à des horaires variés.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches assignées par l'entreprise.
**Exigences**:
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent provincial et/ou expérience en service à la clientèle.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les passagers et fournir des informations précises.
- Forte éthique de travail, avec un sens des responsabilités et de la fiabilité.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle, même dans des situations de haute pression pouvant impliquer de rester debout ou de marcher pendant de longues périodes.
- Capacité à bien travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français ; des compétences linguistiques supplémentaires telles que l'allemand, l'italien, l'arabe, le polonais, le russe, l'ukrainien, l'espagnol, le hongrois, le serbe, le farsi, le turc, le portugais, le japonais, le chinois, le mandarin, le cantonais, etc., seraient considérées comme un atout.
- Expérience préalable dans l'industrie du voyage et du tourisme, y compris la familiarité avec Amadeus, Saber, Galileo et les systèmes de billetterie, est bénéfique.
- Possession d'un permis de conduire ou supérieur est avantageuse.
- Proximité de l'aéroport Pierre Elliott Trudeau est un atout.
