**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow removal machines and equipment to clear snow and ice from walkways and other designated areas.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for snow removal tasks.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to ensure timely response to snowfall.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used.
- Position can be seasonal or year around if Assist in landscape maintenance tasks during off-season periods, including gardening, irrigation, and horticulture activities.

**Experience**
- Must have own way to get to shop in Rockland or meet at park and ride near Place D’Orleans
- Reliable, willing to work thru the night until route is done. Physically fit, demanding position
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in varying weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools in construction or maintenance settings is advantageous. Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
