Responsibilities:

- Lead a crew must have a valid drivers license, ability to get to the shop in Rockland to start the shift.
- Provide guidance and supervision to ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standards
- Oversee and participate in the removal of snow from commercial properties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their snow removal needs and preferences
- Train crew members on proper snow removal
- Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with crew members
- Proficient in using necessary tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
