**About the Role**

**As an HSE Administrator at Graham, you will**:

- Provide support functions to HSE, including any and all support related to the coordination and maintenance of the HSE management systems
- Manage HSE document control, including filing and managing soft copies through SharePoint
- Manage the ordering, inventory, and distribution of HSE-related materials
- Work efficiently and effectively with employees and management in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Communicate applicable legislation to the various stakeholders within the project
- Provide ancillary HSE, Quality and Document Control support as deemed necessary
- Prepare KPI and training reports, including charts and graphs
- Stay current on the latest changes to Graham’s HSE MS
- Demonstrate HSE behaviors that reflect corporate expectations of Actively Caring and Road to Zero
- Strive for continuous learning and improvement

**Qualifications/ Experience**:

- Certification in Health and Safety, or a safety designation is an asset
- Experience in safety, quality or document control in a construction industry is an asset
- Understanding of general constructability
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
