As a **Parts Advisor**, you are a key team member in establishing positive relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**-**Answer telephone calls, indicate prices, and provide any other information.
- Takes customer orders by listening to and clarifying parts requests; identifying automotive parts through electronic parts catalog system
- Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts.
- Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality service.
- Complete sales by entering purchased items into dealer management system; obtaining payment; adding purchases to credit account; issuing sales receipts
- Prepares repair order parts quotes for Technicians and Service Advisors
- Proactively contact customers daily with special order reminders; ensuring customer satisfaction meeting the company and manufacturer’s standards.
- Receive payments from retail customers.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
- Class G licence with clean abstract.
- Basic understanding of vehicle operation and mechanical systems.
- Computer skills

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
