Patrick Sprack Limited (PSL) was formed in 2006 as a Preventative Maintenance Oriented HVAC company. Since this time, we have become a reputable and leading Northern Ontario HVAC-R contractor to the mines, industrial sites as well as commercial properties.

PSL provides a variety of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, petroleum, propane, and refrigeration services ranging from planned maintenance (both preventative and full coverage), inspections and diagnostic services as well as repairs, retrofits and new installations for commercial and industrial mechanical systems.

Licensed Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, ventilation, and fixtures in Commercial/Industrial setting. Responsible to ensure that work is completed in accordance with relevant codes.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Safely install, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot various equipment, conducting necessary inspections.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks to adhere to production timelines securely.
- Identify and rectify instrumentation equipment malfunctions and breakdowns promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting blueprints, electrical diagrams, and OEM Manuals.
- Be available to respond to emergency situations or call-outs as necessary.
- Document any deviations from established procedures and provide the requisite documentation of completed work.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety policies and regulations.
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to read and understand blueprints
- Knowledge of basic Commercial/Industrial wiring methods
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and drills sets
- 5 years of 309A Licensed experience
- Experience in leadership roles
- Willing to Work Out Of Town (2weeks on/2 weeks off)

**Work Conditions**:

- Field Work in Commercial/Industrial setting
- At times it may be necessary to work outside of the regular work day in order to complete their duties.

**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the field, inclusive of apprenticeship.
- Possessing a thorough understanding of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and relevant legislation is essential to your role.
- **Instrumentation Red Seal 447A**:

- Valid Driver's license
