**About Us**

Our state-of-the-art fabrication shop in Lively is equipped with the latest technology, including cranes and a jet table, enabling us to deliver high-quality industrial and structural projects.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Red Seal Plumber** to join our team and contribute to our high standards of workmanship and service excellence.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and gas lines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine effective repair solutions.
- Work with various materials, including copper, steel, PVC, and PEX piping.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with welders, pipefitters, and other trades on projects.
- Conduct pressure tests and inspections on installed systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Red Seal Certification** in Plumbing (mandatory).
- Minimum **5 years** of experience in commercial, industrial, or residential plumbing.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with gas fitting is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid **G-class driver’s license** with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.

Expected hours: 40 per week
