The Client Services Manager role provides thought leadership, innovative solutions, and delivery excellence to Bond’s clients. In this particular role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery and evolution of an existing book of Bond’s healthcare business with other Bond services including Marketing, Strategy, Loyalty, and Analytics represented. Working with a core team of people from across the organization your project management rigor, business growth orientation, and proven people leadership and client relationship skills, will bring a new level of service excellence to our clients.

This key role will support teams from all facets of our business to inspire delivery excellence which contributes to the diversification and expansion of both existing and new clients. Ensuring excellence in delivery of current programs, deepening relationships with key clients through a results-oriented mindset and an unwavering focus on client satisfaction are key elements to success in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead project teams that are supported by multiple Bond practices.
- Ensure project management rigor is developed and executed in every project.
- Provide strategic insight to clients’ programs.
- Communicate with clients daily to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage accounts’ financial aspects (projections, budgets, contracts, fees etc.).
- Report on activities and account to client and Senior Management.
