**What you’ll accomplish with us**
As a **_Business Analyst Intern_**, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Understanding, analyzing, and documenting partner and user needs, while contributing to the documentation of existing processes;
- Conducting thorough, evidence-based analyses and providing recommendations aligned with established standards;
- Reviewing data and reports to identify trends, gaps, and root causes of issues;
- Contributing to the resolution of operational challenges and proposing solutions to improve processes;
- Supporting partners and users throughout the delivery process and collaborating with the team to implement concrete, measurable solutions.

**What will help you succeed in this role**
We’re looking for someone who:

- Is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- Is required to complete a university-accredited internship in Winter 2026;
- Is known for their curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and strong analytical thinking;
- Demonstrates a strong desire for continuous learning;
- Excels at building positive working relationships with stakeholders across various departments and levels, and values interaction with internal partners and users;
