**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Showcase and demonstrate the features of our new and used Volkswagen vehicles.
- Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep vehicles organized on the lot maintained on the website

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Valid driver's license.

**Salary**: $42,625.50-$100,650.40 per year

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
