**The Role**

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will involve engaging with our customers via live chat and other traditional means, assisting with general customer service, and processing on-line sales orders. All tasks will be completed with the goal of providing the highest possible level of sales and customer service.

Please note: This role is **strictly on-site**. This is not a work from home position.

**What you will be doing**
- Support ownership and all other departments to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs
- Engage and assist customers through on-line chat
- Assist customers to identify appliances that meet consumer needs and sell through the live chat website
- Process and manage orders for customers who buy online, providing the same high-quality experience our in-store shoppers receive
- Build rapport and good will with online customers to support in-store sales staff
- Maintain a high standard of product knowledge
- Support sales events

**To be successful in this role, you ideally**
- Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Are customer focused: Enjoys solving customer problems
- Computer literacy / typing ability (60 wpm)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Sales and customer service experience preferred but not required
- Continuous product & process training in fast-paced environment
- Previous online sales / chat or appliance experience an asset
