How You’ll Make an Impact- Drive Digital Transformation: Lead digital initiatives, ensuring that product development aligns with company goals and delivers value. You will guide other Product Owners in achieving their objectives.- Collaborate with UX/UI Teams: Work closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure all digital experiences adhere to best practices and principles of user-centered design. Your collaboration will ensure that the products are not only functional but also provide an exceptional user experience. You will be an ambassador and evangelist of these best practices and principles across the organization.- Manage Stakeholders: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, clearly communicating the product vision, strategy, and progress. Ensure alignment with business objectives and manage expectations effectively.- Optimize Digital Products: Lead the performance and optimization of digital products, using data insights to enhance user experience and meet specific business targets. Prioritize initiatives to maximize impact and ROI.- Create and Continuously Curate a Digital Product Roadmap: Partner with business units to create and maintain a strategic digital products roadmap that ensures the highest value for both members and the organization. This roadmap will be continuously adjusted and refined over time to meet evolving business needs and optimize outcomes.- Mentor Product Owners: Provide leadership and mentorship to other Product Owners, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Support their development to ensure they can successfully manage their own products.

What You Bring to the Table- Digital Product Management: You have a proven track record of leading digital product initiatives that successfully meet or exceed business targets. Your experience spans working with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.- Collaboration with UX/UI Design: You have experience working closely with UX/UI design teams, ensuring that all digital products adhere to best practices and deliver excellent user experiences.- Leadership & Mentorship: You’ve demonstrated your ability to lead and mentor other Product Owners, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
