**Essential Functions Statement(s)**
- Build strong customer relationships and develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their needs and requirements
- Present differentiating technologies, products, and support services to expand existing customers, and develop the business to find new customers
- Be a resource and point of contact for local customers by providing technical knowledge, expertise and documentation regarding Aerzen equipment and systems.
- Use strong project and account management experience to satisfy customer requirements.
- Interact professionally with Aerzen project management, engineering and customer support personnel regarding specific equipment, customers, and projects.
- Provide the best possible “Customer Value + Aerzen Solution” that is safe, efficient, reliable, and profitable for the client as well as for Aerzen; develop and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Professionally represent Aerzen to customers and vendors and at local trade shows
- Identify new product opportunities and develop sales strategies
