**Mission**

We are seeking a versatile, experienced, organized, and motivated individual, who is well versed in proposal coordination and advisory processes to be an integral part of the CIMA+ team. This role will support all sectors throughout the Western Canada region.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Coordination and support of the delivery of compliant professionally produced proposals within client defined time frames
- Implementation of all necessary proposal procedures to conduct/produce Go/No Go assessments, kick-off meetings, corporate content contribution, key review meetings, final document review, proposal governance, sign off, document production, and delivery of the completed proposal
- Anticipate upcoming opportunities and provide support to the regional manager for Capture Planning efforts
- In collaboration with the regional proposals team, stock, update and manage a file library of reference material generally used in the preparation of proposals and presentations (project sheets, CVs, corporate structure, project photos, etc.)
- Ensure consistent branding is upheld within the region

**Profile**
- 3 years proposal coordination experience preferred
- Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, Journalism or Proposal preparation (an asset)
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills and knowledge of MS suite (MS Teams and SharePoint platforms)
- Adobe Creative Suite working knowledge (an asset)
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Project software (an asset)
- Possess strong written English language skills and ability to provide advice on flow, structure, voice, and grammar to content owners
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and think strategically, prioritizing individual workload, and ensuring accuracy and quality
- Affiliation with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) (asset)
