**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, audit, and process, and reconcile vendor invoices. Submit reviewed and approved invoices to accounting team for processing.
- Communicate with vendors and accounting team to resolve any inquiries.
- Lead and manage accounts receivable, collaborating with senior management and the accounting team to ensure timely collections.
- Assist in tracking the profitability of various projects by monitoring costs and revenues, calling attention to potential shortfalls or issues to senior management for resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field from a recognized educational institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the exterior restoration industry or similar sectors is an asset.

Compensation: starting from $48,000 depending on experience
