**Experienced Receptionist / PTA - Physiotherapy Clinic**

Dundas 427 Physiotherapy is a well established multidisciplinary clinic located in Mississauga, ON (Dundas St E & HWY 427).

As we grow, we are looking for an experienced Part-Time Receptionist /PTA to join our growing team of multidisciplinary professionals.

Key Qualifications/ Primary Duties:

- High School Diploma; Diploma / Certificate in Medical Office Administration
- **Experience with Jane App**:

- Previous experience as a Receptionist/PTA
- Detail oriented, reliable and committed to providing outstanding patient care
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Complete reception tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist patients with initial paperwork, verify insurance coverage and eligibility
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, submit claims to insurance companies
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
- Maintain equipment and ensure the therapy area is clean and organized
- Day, evening and weekend availability
