**About Us**:
Our clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic with practitioners providing a wide range of rehabilitation services including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic care, Acupuncture and Massage Therapy.
**Specific responsibilities will include**:
Initiate and maintain patient communications during registration
Scheduling and confirming appointments using electronic booking systems, and maintaining efficient flow of practitioner schedules
Demonstrate and supervise exercises
Ensure safety and cleanliness of clinic
**Skills and Experience**:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a PTA and/or Medical Receptionist
Friendly and welcoming attitude, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
A professional who demonstrates initiative, attention to detail and follow through
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills are a must
Proficiency/fluency in the English language (written and spoken) is a must
Good computer skills
Experience working with a Physiotherapist is a requirement
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
