**Airport Wellness Centre **is multidisciplinary clinic located in Mississauga. We are currently looking for a Medical Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Applicant MUST have at least 2 year of experience working in a rehabilitation clinic/medical assessment center
- **Proficient knowledge of MVA, EHC, and WSIB.**:

- **Must have knowledge of Universal Scheduling and HCAI**:

- Exceptional computer skills, including MS
- Must have knowledge of, and be familiar with OCF 18s, 3s, 23s, etc.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills written and verbal
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Multitasking
- Able to meet deadlines

**Duties**:

- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Greeting patients and visitors
- Scheduling
- Data entry in the Universal Scheduling Software System
- Reviewing medical assessment reports
- Submission of treatment plans OCF 18s, 23s etc. under HCAI
- Properly managing and preparing files
- Communicating with Insurance companies, lawyers, adjusters and patients
- Building a strong rapport with clients and providing high-quality customer service

**Education**:
Post Secondary Degree/Diploma (preferred)
