**What You’ll Do**:

- Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and material handlers with accuracy and efficiency
- Prioritize safety and follow all on-site protocols and procedures
- Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues promptly
- Work closely with crew members to keep projects on track
- Adapt to outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions

**What You Bring**:

- 3+ years of experience on heavy equipment
- A safety-first mindset and solid mechanical awareness
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications and licences are a strong asset
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site (there is no public transportation to the yard)
