Multi-company organization is looking for an individual to join their accounting team. We are located in Woodstock, ON.
- Process A/P invoice batches.
- Process A/P payment batches.
- Process Bank Deposits
- Process Vendors Inquiries
- Monitor A/P Accounts
- Ad hoc duties such as Credit Applications, Year End preparations, administrative duties including answering the telephone and filing
- Bank entries for multiple stores - bank activity,
- Bank Reconciliation and Third-Party Reconciliation
- Journal entries for bank activity - 3rdparty deposits
- Sage 300, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

**Accounts Payable**

Process A/P Invoices

Process A/P Payments

Manage and Maintain A/P Vendor Accounts

Process Vendor Inquires

**Banking/Data Entry**

Process Bank Deposits

Record Banking Activities

Bank Reconciliations

**Other Duties**

Complete Credit Applications

Assist with Month End and Year End Preparations

Administrative duties including answering the telephone, filing

**Payroll**

Submit Payroll to payroll service provider

Process payroll (calculations and submission)

Be up to date with payroll standards and procedures

Create and maintain employee files

**Job Type**: Part-time
