As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations.

What You’ll Do
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, reports, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare tax filings and assist with year-end accounting.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Experience with small to mid-sized businesses is an asset.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Other:
- CPA designation or working toward CPA is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and tax compliance is an advantage.
- Must be able to work on-site at our Woodstock office when scheduled.
