**The Impact You Will Make...**

You will dispatch and monitor deliveries to meet stakeholder's demand with little to no delay, according to our policies and procedures. You will professionally and efficiently receive orders, inquiries, and complaints and continue this high service level by working closely with our customers throughout the shipping and receiving of products both to and from the warehouse and manufacturers. You will ensure quick and accurate response times, anticipate issues and revise orders based on customer feedback as well as coordinate with the overall operations teams and other service providers.

Did we mention that this is a new position? Petcurean is growing and it's an exciting time to be a part of our team.

The Operations Coordinator role is based at our Head Office in Chilliwack, BC.
