**Position Title**: Full-Time Body Jewelry Salesperson
**Location**: Wicked Alternative Body Fashion
**Reports To**: Store Manager or Owner
**Schedule**: 5 days/week, including weekends and holidays as needed
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused **Body Jewelry Salesperson** to join our team. As a frontline representative of our store, you will be responsible for helping customers select body jewelry, providing exceptional service, maintaining displays, and contributing to a fun, safe, and professional retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Educate customers about body jewelry materials, sizes, aftercare, and piercing locations
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales and meet store goals
- Ensure all body jewelry is properly displayed, labeled, and organized
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all display and customer interaction areas
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandise ordering
- Stay up to date with body jewelry trends, piercing culture, and product knowledge
- Follow all health, safety, and store policies, especially in relation to body jewelry hygiene

**Qualifications**
- Prior retail sales experience preferred, ideally in body jewelry, fashion accessories, or specialty retail
- One on one customer service experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of body jewelry types, gauges, materials (e.g., titanium, surgical steel, gold, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule
- Basic math and computer skills (for POS systems and inventory)
- A passion for body modification and customer education
