Concord Pacific Developments Corp. is Canada’s largest master-planned community builder. It was formed in 1987 to develop Concord Pacific Place on the former Expo lands in downtown Vancouver, Canada. Concord has built over 150 towers with additional 50 in various stages of planning and development. Concord is committed to a multitude of neighborhood and city-wide community sponsorships and charities. It has also been making art accessible to the community neighbourhoods by establishing Canada’s largest public art program.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our accounting department. You will be highly organized, process driven, and be able to roll with the punches as this role will support various facets of the accounting and admin department.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain, file and keep accounting records up to date which may include incorporation documents, tax notices etc.
- Printing, scanning and filing** **documents and storing and archiving as needed
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Calendar management and support to VP
- Reception coverage for breaks and as required
- Bank deposits (cheque and coin deposits), and administration on bank details
- Mail organization, pick up, drop off, and PO box
- Ad-hoc accounting and admin duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to track status of tasks
- 3+ years of administration experience preferably in an accounting department setting
