Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing concrete surfaces for commercial and residential construction projects. You will be working with a range of tools and materials to ensure that the finished product meets high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that concrete surfaces are correctly prepared before the placement, including grading, levelling, and compacting.
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand and power tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats.
- Assist in the preparation of concrete additives and erecting frameworks as required.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed while working on-site.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Proper maintenance of all equipment and tools.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher.
- Thorough understanding of concrete mixtures, reinforcement requirements, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
- Ability to work around heavy equipment and machinery.
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive motions and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment and communicate effectively with the team.
