We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Sales Consultant to join our exceptional team

Erin Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram SRT is looking for an **EXPERIENCED** Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Dynamic Team. We are a family owned and operated dealership that prides ourselves on a friendly team atmosphere. Are you currently working for a dealer group and tired of just being a number ? Do you want to join a team that cares and treats you like family ? ERIN DODGE also has one of the strongest pay plans in the business. We are conveniently located in the Erin Mills Auto Centre for over 40 years providing us with consistent floor traffic.

REQUIREMENTS:

- A valid OMVIC License.
- **Previous Automotive Sales experience IS A MUST.**:

- A commitment to learn a non-confrontational selling style that ensures high customer satisfaction.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Solid experience in planning account development and time management.
- Must possess a valid Ontario Class ' G ' drivers license and clean driving record.
