Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform hardscaping tasks, including but not limited to: continuous curbing, paving stone installation, and gravel pad preparation.
- Execute softscape projects, such as flower and plant bed installation, sod installation, and artificial turf installation.
- Assist in the operation of a bobcat for excavation and other related tasks (experience with bobcat operation is an asset).
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, removing existing materials, and leveling surfaces as required.
- Transport materials and equipment using wheelbarrows and other manual tools.
- Follow project plans and instructions provided by the supervisor to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and practices to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in landscaping and familiarity with various landscaping techniques.
- Strong knowledge of hardscaping and softscape practices, including continuous curbing, sod installation, artificial turf installation, and paving stone installation.
- Proficient in working with common landscaping tools, such as shovels and wheelbarrows.
- Ability to operate a bobcat is considered a valuable asset.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
