**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competition
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity. Oversee the creation and consistency of all marketing materials across channels
- Inspire creativity and innovation within the team. Recruit, mentor, and develop marketing talent
- Create strategies to generate and nurture leads. Use analytics to measure campaign success and align with sales objectives
- Collaborate with customer support team to develop retention strategies. Analyze feedback and create programs to build lasting customer relationships
- Stay updated on industry trends. Prepare for industry events and produce strategic content to establish authority

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and its market dynamics is a preference
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to create compelling brand messaging
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a marketing team towards achieving high performance
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry

This is an immediate opening and cover letters are not required.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
