WE NEED
We’re looking to hire a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our growing team based out of Surrey, BC.

As the Marketing & Communications Manager at Unleashd, you’ll be the strategic force behind our brand’s voice, visibility, and growth. You’ll lead the charge in crafting and executing marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and drive qualified leads. This is a high-impact role for a creative and data-driven leader who thrives in the fast-paced Automotive SaaS space. You’ll lead cross-functional campaigns, and help position us as a thought leader in our industry.

YOU HAVE

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally within SaaS or B2B tech
- Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email, content, and social media
- Experience managing brand strategy, creative development, and communications across multiple channels
- A track record of aligning marketing strategies with business objectives and sales goals
- Proficiency with analytics tools to measure, report, and optimize marketing performance
- Strong copywriting skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely with a straightforward, effective writing style
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
- The ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
