**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote products and services.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and enhancements.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize online content for search engines.
- Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to inform future strategies.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop promotional materials that support sales efforts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design.
- Familiarity with HTML for web content management is a plus.
- Excellent research skills to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
