We’re looking for a **Communications Manager** to join our Creative team at Collective Arts. You will work collaboratively with all departments to ensure our brand is brought to life across multiple social channels. You are a true multitasker that can creatively write, develop ideas and implement brand strategy. You are naturally social and can lead, manage and engage with our community to retain and grow our followers. The Communications Manager will not only schedule and craft engaging content across social channels, but also have a passion for creative copywriting and can bring our brand to life beyond social.

You are comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and continuously growing environment. This is a full-time hybrid position which reports directly to the Creative Director.

**Day to day responsibilities include**:

- Developing, managing and executing against content calendars for various projects, products and brand initiatives
- Creating original concepts for social media and internal projects that result in effective and compelling communication
- Partnering with team members to conceptualize brand and social ideas with a focus on articulating creative concepts through copywriting
- Managing Collective Arts social presence crafting copy for content/posts and respond to community in real-time
- Liaising with all internal departments working on consumer facing projects as well as internal
- Presenting creative ideas and social content/strategies to the Creative Director and internal teams as needed

**What You Bring To The Table**:

- Have 3+ years of copywriting or social media management experience at an agency or internal marketing department
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, copywriting (short and long form) and/or a proven track record for managing social and achieving results
- A refined ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Excel with multitasking with an understanding of managing deadlines, integrating revision rounds and prioritizing tasks accordingly
- Possess a positive attitude and a team-oriented mentality
- Up to date on the latest trends in advertising, marketing, social media and interest in art, streetwear and lifestyle culture
- Knowledge of CPG and Alcohol industry a bonus
