**Summary**

Are you outgoing, love engaging with people, and thrive on the excitement of making a sale? We're looking for energetic, self-motivated Street Sales Representatives to join our team and turn conversations into commission at one of our high-traffic locations in Toronto.

If you're persuasive, goal-driven, and ready to work in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to earn uncapped commissions.

**Responsibilities**
- Work in person at one of four high-traffic locations: Nathan Phillips Square, Union Station, Sankofa Square (formerly Yonge & Dundas Square), or St. Lawrence Market
- Engage with potential customers, answer questions about our tour products, promote their value, and book guests for Free Walking Tours, Private Tours, or Premium Tours
- Wear an advertisement sign with a trackable QR code for customers to scan and book tours
- Book customers directly for our tours and ensure the advertisement sign is safely returned to the storage location at the end of your shift.
- Shifts run from 12pm (noon) to 6pm, additional hours available based on foot traffic and customer interest**.**

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection.
- Passionate about meeting goals and earning commissions.
- Comfortable working independently in a public, outdoor setting.
- Professional, punctual, and polite.
- Must have a phone with a reliable internet connection and full battery for each shift to book customers.

**How You Earn**
- Earn commissions based on the number of guest you book who show up for the Free Walking tours.
- Earn commissions on paid private tours and paid premium tours.
- Additional commissions for guests who book themselves via the QR code during your shift.
- The more bookings you secure, the more you earn - no cap on commissions.

Contract length: 1-6 months

Pay: $100.00-$1,500.00 per week
