Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Analyst supports the Operations team by developing and implementing data analyses that will optimize operational efficiencies. This role adds value to Shandex by helping the Operations Team make better business decisions by providing accurate and organized data and identify various facts and trends that could ultimately lead to further cost reductions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing Operational reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
- Train end users on new reports and dashboards.
- Manage master data in WMS, including creation, updates, and deletions.
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with all departments as necessary.
- Support the Director of Operations with the development of project scopes and objectives, to ensure flawless execution of all Operational projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Any other jobs or duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Certificate in business administration, finance, statistics, mathematics or similar field.
- 3+ years of related work experience within Operations.
- Experience with WMS.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of an energetic team.
- Able to multitask, stay organized, and effectively meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
